This is a studio site. Looking around is free. Writing to us or booking a call is an enquiry, not a contract. Work starts when we both agree in writing.
The site
IVALDR is a small workshop in Toronto, Ontario. These pages describe the work we take on. They are not an offer to the public at large, and they are not a quote.
Enquiries
The contact form and the book-a-call page are how you reach us. Sending a message or picking a time asks us to talk. It does not hire us, reserve a slot on a build, or set a price.
If the calendar is connected, Google runs that booking screen. Their terms apply to that widget as well as ours.
The work itself
A project starts with a written agreement: what we will make, when, and for how much. Until that is signed, nothing on this site binds either of us to a build.
What is on the page
Copy, layout, code, and the 3D mark on this site belong to us unless a page says otherwise. Client sites we have shipped belong to those clients. Do not copy the work as if it were a template.
Case studies and quotes are about real jobs. We do not invent clients.
Using the site
Use it as a visitor. Do not try to break it, scrape it in bulk, or send junk through the form. We can refuse an enquiry or block an address that is being a problem.
Liability
The site is provided as it stands. We take care with it, and we still will not be on the hook for a missed visit, a form that fails to send, or a decision you make from something you read here.
Ontario law applies. If a court has to get involved, it is in Toronto.
Changes
If this changes, we change this page. Questions go through the contact form.
