There is no account manager, no delivery team and nobody between you and the work. You talk to whoever is building the thing, for the whole of it.

That is the reason we take on a handful of builds at a time rather than as many as we can staff. It is a deliberate ceiling, and it is the whole difference between this and an agency.

We work from Toronto and Whitby. A handful of builds at a time, so the person you talk to is the person writing the code.
